A small, curated roster rather than a large open one. We would rather turn a date down than send someone who is wrong for the room. Below is how the roster actually works and what we share before you commit to anything.
How we match a host to your event
We do not run a browse-and-pick catalogue. You tell us the city, the date, the headcount, the venue and the kind of night it is, and we come back with the hosts who actually suit it and are free. Someone who is excellent at a corporate function is not automatically the right person for a boat charter, and the difference matters more than a photograph does.
Verified profiles are shared privately once you enquire, not published. That is a decision made for the hosts rather than for effect — a public gallery is a permanent, indexable record of someone's face attached to this line of work, and not everyone on a roster wants that.
Every host is over 18, engaged professionally, and briefed on the tier and the venue before the night. The conduct rules that apply to both sides are published in full rather than buried in a contract you see after paying.
