Sydney Waitress Rate Index

Nobody in this industry publishes a dated price survey, so we made one. Below is what 21 Sydney waitress and party host agencies had on their own websites on 10 August 2026 — every figure linked to the page it came from, including the 8 that publish nothing and the ones that undercut us.

All figures are Australian dollars per host, per hour, and are the entry price each agency publishes — the lowest of a range, or the number after “from”. Statistics cover only agencies that publish a figure for that tier, so the sample size differs by row.

Where we sit in our own index

Publishing a price survey that flatters the publisher would be worthless, so here is the unflattering version. Our clothed rate of $100 sits below the median. Our lingerie rate of $125 is exactly at it. Our nude rate of $250 is level with the most common published figure in the market, which is also the highest. Our topless rate of $200 is the dearest published topless rate in Sydney — level with the highest we found, and $55 above the median of $145. That is the one tier where we are clearly at the top of the market, and it is deliberate rather than accidental.

If you are optimising for the lowest hourly number, this index tells you exactly who to call instead, and their rates are linked. We would rather you find that out here than resent it later.

Two caveats cut the other way, and they are the reason we are comfortable publishing this. First, an hourly rate is not a price until you know what is added to it — several agencies in this survey layer on travel fees, mixed-crowd surcharges, late-night rates, express booking fees and separate booking fees, and one prices its own fee separately from what you hand the host on the night. Our figure is the total. Second, once package prices are divided by hosts and hours, the cheapest headline rate in this market is not always the cheapest booking.

What each agency publishes

Every price below is a link to the page it was read from. Prices marked “from” are the agency’s own wording. Rows are sorted by published topless rate, cheapest first, with agencies that do not price topless at the end.

What gets added on top

The hourly rate is rarely the whole price. These are the extras each agency discloses on its own rate page — and disclosure varies enormously, so an absence here means the page was silent, not that nothing is charged.

Baddie Entertainment
$50 surcharge for mixed gender crowds (shows).
Adult Events
Travel fees may apply, amount not published.
Elise's Angels
A booking fee is referenced but not priced.
Sydney Topless Waitresses
A travel allowance per girl outside Sydney CBD, amount not published.
The Bare Perspective
Mixed crowds +$20 per girl per hour, +$50 for shows, late night rates after 2AM (amount not published).
Topless Waitresses Australia
$100 travel fee if the entertainer travels 1 hour or more; $50 express booking fee for same-day; $20 per girl per hour mixed crowd fee.
Buck's Bunnies
Booking fee is separate and explicit, $40-$50 per hour; the balance is paid to the waitress on the night.
Glamor Entertainment
No travel fee within 20km of the city centre, then around $50 per travel hour one way for waitresses; deposit around 20% of the booking.

The remaining 5 agencies disclose no surcharges on their rate pages. That is not the same as charging none.

On GST: exactly one agency in the entire survey mentions it — Buck’s Bunnies, and only in relation to its own hourly booking fee rather than the performer’s portion. Every other rate card in this market is silent on whether the figure shown includes GST. If you need a tax invoice, that has to be settled in writing before you pay.

Packages, converted to an hourly rate

Several agencies advertise packages instead of hourly rates, which makes them impossible to compare against each other or against an hourly price. Dividing the total by hosts and by hours fixes that, and the results are not what the headline numbers suggest.

One honest caveat: where a package bundles a stage show, the normalised figure is the blended cost of everything included, not a pure waitressing rate. For those rows, treat the number as a ceiling on the waitressing rate rather than an equivalent of it. Rows that include a show are marked.

The spread is the point. Normalised package rates in this market run from $140 to $380 per host per hour — a range wider than the entire published hourly market, from agencies whose advertised positioning gives no hint of it.

The 8 agencies that publish no rate

Of 21 agencies examined, 8 price nothing publicly. This is not a criticism of their service — several are long-established and well regarded. It is a statement about what you can know before you make contact, which is nothing.

Cassie's
The Sydney page carries no rates and says "For ASAP and 2-hour bookings - Please ask for a quote." Package totals exist nationally but come with "Prices may vary in different states", so no Sydney hourly rate can be derived.
Celeste Agency
No rates on the Sydney service page. Its own blog claims rates are "Clearly displayed, starting at $160 per hostess, per hour" — a claim the service page does not bear out.
Platinum Pinups
No hourly rate published anywhere. Package totals only, e.g. $1,600 for 3 topless waitresses over 3.5 hours.
Bombshells
Quote-only: "receive a quote tailored to your requirements". A blog gives "Starting around $100-$150 per hour per waitress" as a market estimate, not a rate card.
Wolf Club
No prices anywhere. The only quantified term is a deposit of "one-third of the total booking amount", non-refundable.
Tempt Entertainment
Packages are named but carry no figures.
DreamGirlz Elite
No figures on the home page or the Sydney location page.
Black Label Models
No figures. Positioned as a management agency rather than a booking rate card.

Method

  1. 01Scope. Agencies advertising waitressing or party hosting for private events in Sydney, found through search and through competitors’ own outbound links. 21 were examined.
  2. 02Single observation date. Every page was read on , so the comparison is like-for-like rather than assembled over weeks.
  3. 03Primary sources only. Figures were read off the agency’s own live page. No search snippets, no caches, no third-party mirrors, no aggregator sites. If a page could not be read, the cell says “not published” rather than carrying an estimate.
  4. 04Entry rate, consistently. Where an agency publishes “from $130” or “$120–$160”, the lowest figure is used. This is the conservative choice: it makes the market look cheaper relative to us, not dearer.
  5. 05Per host, per hour. Package totals are divided by host count and duration so they can be compared. Where a package bundles a show, that is disclosed.
  6. 06Exclusions are published, not hidden. Figures we believe to be errors are left out and listed below with the reason, so you can disagree with the judgement.

What was excluded, and why

Glamor Entertainment — nude waitressing, published as "$80-130 per hour"
Every other agency in the survey prices nude between $220 and $250. A figure two to three times below the entire rest of the market is far more likely to be a site error than a real offer, and publishing it would drag the market average down on the strength of a probable typo.
Cheeky Strippers — the $100 per hour Sydney rate
It is a male topless waiter rate, not female waitressing. Including it would compare two different services. No female Sydney rate page could be found on the site.
Celeste Agency, Bombshells, Platinum Pinups — the price ranges in their blog content
These are market commentary ("expect to pay $150 to $300+"), not the agency's own rate card. Treating an agency's guess about the market as a data point about that agency would double-count opinion as fact.
Any figure from a search result snippet, cache, or third-party mirror
If the live page could not be read, the figure is absent rather than approximate.
Adult Lifestyle Centres — "$800 total" for two waitresses over two hours
A retailer blog, not an agency rate card, and the implied $200 per hour sits above every published Sydney rate. Marketing copy, not evidence.

Limits you should know about

  • A published rate is not a transacted rate. What agencies advertise and what they invoice after negotiation, surcharges and travel are different things, and this index can only see the first.
  • Not every rate card is Sydney-specific. Rows marked “national” may be priced differently for a Sydney booking; one agency states outright that prices vary by state.
  • Sample sizes are small — between 6 and 11 agencies per tier. Treat the median as an indication, not a precise market clearing price.
  • We compete with almost every agency listed. The methodology above exists so you do not have to take our word for anything.

Next edition: November 2026. If a figure here is wrong or out of date — including if it is your agency and we have you priced incorrectly — email book@fillies.club and we will correct it and note the correction.

Questions about Sydney waitress pricing

How much does a topless waitress cost in Sydney?
Across the 13 Sydney-serving agencies that publish a rate, the entry price for topless waitressing runs $120 to $200 per host per hour, with a median of $145, observed 10 August 2026. A further 8 agencies publish no rate and quote on enquiry. Our own rate is $200, which is at the top of that range — we are not the cheapest and this page is not going to pretend otherwise.
How much does a nude waitress cost in Sydney?
Published nude rates cluster very tightly: $220 to $250 per host per hour, and $250 is both the median and by far the most common figure. Ours is $250, level with that figure. It is worth noting that an hourly rate is not the same as a price: several agencies add travel fees, mixed-crowd surcharges and late-night rates on top, and once package prices are divided by hosts and hours, one agency works out at $380 per host per hour.
Why do so few agencies publish their rates?
8 of the 21 agencies surveyed publish no figure at all, using "request a quote" instead. The charitable reading is that rates genuinely vary by date, location and host. The less charitable reading is that a price quoted privately can be adjusted to the customer, and cannot be compared against anyone else. Both readings are probably true depending on the agency.
Is a package cheaper than paying by the hour?
Sometimes, and sometimes markedly dearer — you cannot tell without dividing. One agency’s topless package works out at the same hourly rate as its advertised hourly price at two hours but cheaper at four. Another’s nude package, once divided by two hosts and two and a half hours, works out well above every published hourly nude rate in the market. The normalised table on this page does that arithmetic for you.
Is GST included in these prices?
Almost never stated. Exactly one agency in the survey mentions GST at all, and only in relation to its own booking fee rather than the performer’s portion. Every other rate card is silent. If GST treatment matters to you — for instance if you are booking through a company and expect a tax invoice — ask before paying a deposit, because you cannot infer it from any of these pages.
How was this index compiled, and can I check it?
Every figure was read directly off the agency’s own live page on 10 August 2026 and is linked from the table, so you can open each source and verify it yourself. Where an agency publishes a "from" price or a range, the lowest figure is used, which is the conservative choice. Nothing is estimated, and figures we believe to be site errors are excluded and listed openly rather than quietly dropped. Rates change, so the edition date matters more than the numbers.
Who publishes this index?
Sacred Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 23 690 792 655), which trades as fillies and competes with most of the agencies listed. That is a conflict of interest and you should read the page knowing it. It is also why the methodology is spelled out and every figure is linked: the only useful version of this page is one a competitor could audit and find accurate.

Now that you know what the market charges

Our own rates, worked totals for real bookings and the travel policy are on the rates page. If you would rather read a plain assessment of which agency suits which kind of booking — ours included, and not always favourably — that is the buyer’s guide.
