Corporate bookings are the ones where the tier decision is not really a decision. We staff these clothed, and the reasons are worth stating plainly rather than leaving you to work out.
A work function is a workplace, and the obligations that attach to a workplace do not switch off because the event is after hours or off site. A business that books adult entertainment into an event its own staff are expected to attend is creating a problem for itself that no amount of goodwill on the night resolves. We are not going to be the reason a client ends up in that position, so corporate bookings are clothed.
What that leaves is genuinely useful. Event hosts who work a room properly are the difference between a launch where everyone talks to the two people they came with, and one where the client conversations you actually paid for take place. Good hosts move people, close gaps, keep glasses full and notice the person standing alone by the window.
The practical side is straightforward. We are an ABN-registered Australian company, we invoice, and we can provide certificates of currency and staff briefing details for venues and procurement teams that need them. Say so up front and we will have the paperwork ready rather than scrambling for it two days out.
How many hosts, and for how long
Headcount
For a standing function, one host per twenty to twenty-five guests handles service and circulation. For an event where you want hosts actively introducing people and working the room rather than only serving, closer to one per fifteen.
Timing
Most corporate bookings run three to four hours, starting thirty minutes before the published start so the room is ready rather than being set up around the first arrivals.
Which tier suits it
Clothed
The only tier we staff for corporate events, briefed to the dress code of your venue. This is a firm policy rather than a default.
The venue conversation
Function centres, hotels, offices, galleries and showrooms are all straightforward for clothed hosting. If the venue has its own staffing requirements or an exclusive catering arrangement, check whether external hosts are permitted before you book — some venues allow it freely and a few do not.

Assuming a bolder tier is available
It is not, for corporate bookings. If that is what you are after, it is a private event rather than a work function, and it needs to be structured and described as one.
Briefing the dress code too late
Tell us the venue and the dress code when you book, not the day before. A host dressed for the wrong register is a small thing that reads as carelessness.
Under-staffing a standing function
Standing events have no natural service pauses. The headcount that works for a seated dinner will visibly fail at a launch.
Not flagging procurement requirements
If your venue or finance team needs insurance certificates or supplier onboarding, say so at booking. It is easy to provide and slow to retrofit.

Travel. Travel is included when the venue is within about 30 minutes of the host. Beyond that a travel fee may apply, and because hosts travel from their own suburb it varies by who is available on the night. We confirm any travel fee in writing with your quote, before you pay a deposit — it is never added afterwards.

- No. Corporate bookings are clothed only, and that is a firm policy rather than a starting position. A work function carries workplace obligations for the business hosting it, and those obligations do not lapse because the event is after hours or off site.
- Can you invoice a company and provide an ABN?
- Yes. We are Sacred Systems Pty Ltd, ABN 23 690 792 655, and we invoice normally. Tell us at booking if your finance team needs supplier onboarding or specific documentation.
- How many event hosts do we need for a corporate function?
- One host per twenty to twenty-five guests for a standing function where they are serving. Closer to one per fifteen if you want them actively working the room and making introductions.
- Can hosts work alongside the venue’s own staff?
- Usually, though it is worth confirming with the venue first. Some venues have exclusive catering or staffing arrangements. Our hosts are briefed to work with venue staff rather than around them.
