- How do deposits and payment work?

You will always see the full total, including any travel fee, before you pay anything. Deposits are non-refundable inside the cancellation window, which we state in your written quote rather than leaving vague.
- What happens if we run over time?
- You can usually extend if your host is free, charged at the same $125 per host per hour and agreed on the night. If she has another commitment she will finish at the booked time. Extending is never assumed, in either direction.
